Join us for the first of our fermentation and feast events where we will be delving into the wonders of fermentation, demystifying and understanding why we should be fermenting and enjoying a supper with fermented food at the heart of it all.

You will be greeted with a welcome drink, followed by a hands on fermentation masterclass by me teaching you how to make a fermented hot sauce to take home with you, leaving you bubbling with inspiration to ferment more.

The evening will end with a supper that has fermented foods at its heart, partnered with dishes from the amazing chefs at Open Kitchen. Open Kitchen is a social enterprise, working with a range of food businesses to stop food from being wasted, turning this food into nutritious, seasonal menus, whilst campaigning for a sustainable, fair and inclusive food future. We will also discuss how fermentation and sustainability go hand in hand to stamp out food waste.
