FERMENTATION MASTERCLASS: MASTERING SOURDOUGH BRIOCHE AND LACTO FERMENTATION
A collaborative event with my pal Alice Belton, who teaches wonderful sourdough classes at her home. This class will teach you how to make sourdough brioche (for intermediate sourdough makers not beginners) but will also include deep dive workshop into lacto fermentation by myself, teaching you how to make a seasonal, zero waste ferment using produce from Olinda Community Garden.
Join us for a hands on fermentation masterclass, learning how to master sourdough brioche and lacto fermentation, plus brunch included!
You’ll be greeted with a welcome drink, followed by two hands on fermentation masterclasses. We will have brunch together, including tasters to try and share and you can explore the wonderful textures and flavours fermentation brings!
