fizz up! wild fermented drinks masterclass & lunch
Saturday, 28 June 2025, 10.30am-2pm, The Walled Garden School, Hawarden, North Wales (about 40 mins from South Manchester)
Fizz Up! Come and learn how to make a wild fermented soda and a ginger bug from scratch using seasonal berries, fruits and herbs. Jules will give a talk on the magic of fermentation and you will go home with your own wild fermented soda plus ginger bug to create more fermented drinks.
We will also have a tasting session of fermented foods and drinks.
Tea and coffee and lunch will be provided by the kitchen at The Walled Garden School.
