Join us for a pickle packed evening with a hands on fermentation masterclass learning how to make a fermented ‘Giardiniera’ pickle, based on my Italian nonna’s recipe that you will take home with you. 
I will demystify fermentation, show you how easy it is to ferment, how to use what you have in your kitchen/garden to create truly plucky pickles and why you should never ditch the brine!
