Join me, Jules, for a hands on fermentation masterclass, learning how to make a great tasting fermented hot sauce, which you will then take home with you to ferment, plus a delicious Supper from the fabulous chefs at Yes Lah (see menu below) and drinks.

I will be delving into the wonders of fermentation, demystifying and helping you understand why we should all be fermenting, plus learn about the magic of microbes.

Your ticket includes:

  • Welcome drink

  • Hands on Fermentation Masterclass where we will master a Fermented Hot Sauce (all equipment and ingredients included)

  • SUPPER:

  • Vegan INASAL & SOM TAM (VE) - Vegan skewers coated in a sweet, sticky, tamarind Hot Zos served with a fresh, fermented tomato inspired Som Tam salad

  • BIBIMBAP (V) (also available VE) - Korean inspired rice dish with an assortment of pickles and ferments, marinated Tofu and a fried egg. This comes with a Gochujang sauce.
