Join us for a hands on fermenting masterclass, learning how to make an award-winning KIMCHI, which you will then take home with you to ferment, plus a delicious Kimchi Supper from the fabulous chefs at Yes Lah (see menu below) and drinks.
We will chat fermentation, microbes, make a delicious kimchi together, enjoy a super supper.
Your Kimchi Supper includes:
Welcome drink
Mushroom & Cabbage Siopao (VE) - Handmade steamed bao bun filled with delicious mushroom, vermicelli, water chestnut and cabbage filling. Served with optional Yes Lah garlic chilli oil.
Tofu and Kimchi Stew (VE) - braised claypot Tofu and Kimchi stew served with steamed rice.
Sides - a plethora of pickles and ferments to enjoy with your stew. Korean Banchan style!
