Fermented Spiced Carrots
Fermented Spiced Carrots recipe:
1l sterilised glass jar
1kg grated carrot
1 tbsp sea salt
1 tsp mustard seeds (brown, black or yellow, whatever you have)
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ground turmeric
Handful of chopped coriander
1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes
Ferment for 7-10 days at room temp. Burp every day for first 4-5 days. Refrigerate once it’s ready to your taste sour wise!
